Pool area: The pool at this hotel was like a refreshing oasis in the tropical heat. I spent hours lounging by the water, feeling like a sun-kissed mermaid in paradise.

Hygiene: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

Don’t forget to visit karon beach, that is 15 minutes’ walk away. It was truly an amazing stay...

We booked 1 night originally and ended up booking 1 more week. The hotel was very cheap so we were not expecting to much, so we were very surprised how nice our room was. The place has a nice relaxed feel and to have free internet and a swimming pool to use for the price we paid was great. The staff is so friendly here and gave us lots of advice on things to see and do in Phuket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to karon beach but there is plenty of shops restaurants and bars on the way.

This fabulous boutique hotel surpassed all of my expectations! The location was perfect, with everything I needed just steps away. The 24-hour restaurant served delicious food, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, although not huge, provided a refreshing swim. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were diligent and polite. I extended my stay because I loved it so much, and I would highly recommend this hotel for those on a tight budget. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner and her partner were extremely kind and welcoming, also providing a convenient tour information center. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a must. With laundry service available and the market, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, this place has it all. It's the best value for money and a jaw-dropping experience!

When we arrived at Baan Suay the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large and had a huge bed. It was a really nice room, they even have free wireless internet. Suporn the manager was very helpful about places to visit in the area. Karon beach was amazing, over a mile of golden sand and some really good beach side restaurants. It took 10 mins to walk their, but plenty to see on the way and a great pool to cool off in when we got back to the hotel. Food was real good especially their Tom Yum Gung. Would definatley recommend this place.

The staff was excellent! They helped in any way they could and made me feel very welcomed. The room was really nicely decorated. The lobby/bar area is quite nice. You can use either free Wifi connection with your own computer or use their computer for free.

There were small cockroaches running around everywhere in the room. I couldn't leave anything on the floor without having them in my things. And there is no shortcut to the beach, you always have to walk all the way to the roundabout using the driveway because there is no sidewalk.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our week-long stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. They helped us plan our day trips and even assisted in renting a car so we could explore the beautiful beaches without any hassle. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We also loved the pool table and the delicious food made with fresh herbs from the garden. The highlight was the excellent service, where we were offered a shower in the evening after checking out. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

The position of tghe Hotel is on the edge of Karon Beach and it is a long way into the centre and the beach. The description said 10 mins but that is totally wrong it took me five minutes by motorcycle

Air Conditioner was a must and kept room cool. Housekeeping was good and friendly...They came daily to change the sheets and towels They have a good photographer - they made the bungalows/pool/paths/bar look much more spacious than they are

No water pressure Hard mattress No light dimmer and switches at door No fan Tv had bad reception Wifi was slow Food expensive and at tourist prices. One and only attempt to order a drink ended up with incorrect drinks and then not all ingredients for desired ones. Hotel was far from the beach - it took at least 25-30 mins stroll in the blazing hot weather. Maybe 15 minutes if you sneak through The Old Phuket beach hotel. Bed linen was dirty I was looking for budget and my only criteria was a clean convenient place, however if the pictures and positive reviews had been a bit more realistic and I had taken heed of the negative ones, I would not have stayed there. In other words, it was cheap.. but Thailand IS cheap and this hotel is more mutton dressed up as lamb.

The rooms at Karon Beach Pool Hotel were absolutely amazing! They were spacious and had everything I needed, like air conditioning and a private bathroom. The cozy living room and comfortable sofa made me feel right at home. Plus, the private balcony was a lovely touch!

Personally, I found the in-room refrigerator a bit small, but that's just my opinion. Others might not mind it at all.

The hotel staff are super friendly and always on hand to help. The room was very comfortable with a very good daily maid service. Karon beach was very nice with not to many people so we were very happy we chosse this area as Patong beach was just crazy and full of people. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from Karon beach and about a 5 minute walk from the town center. I would stay here again when visiting Phuket.

This place was just perfect for us as we just wanted somewhere cheap, comfortable and friendly, Baan Suay was all of these and more. The owner and her staff are very friendly and helped me with any questions i had on booking tours, getting around the Island or just a friendly chat. The room was very comfortable and very clean, ask for room 6 if you have the choice as it has an awesome view from the balcony. We have already booked in again to stay here next month after we come back from some traveling up north.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and the option to rent transportation.

in our room we had no plate with inscription "don't disturb & please clean my room", also houskeeper didn't put the shampoo& body wash in our bathroom.

Too expensive for this standing... Bathroom dirty and very small, no water pression.... No light close to the bed, you have to stand up for power off the light... Very noisy. Very disapointed, for this price u can have 3x better.
